Delete your Negari account

You can delete your Negari account and all associated data at any time. Amharic version below / የአማርኛው ቅጂ ከታች ይገኛል።

If you can sign in

  1. Sign in at negari.melateck.com or in the Negari app.
  2. Open your Profile and scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm by typing the confirmation word.

If you have an active engagement, you will be asked to end it first so your counterpart is not left without notice. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

If you can no longer sign in

Email support@melateck.com from any address and include your registered phone number. We will verify and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, phone number, photos and ID images (including the stored files), connection requests, employment records, reviews you wrote and received, notifications, SMS records tied to your number, and login credentials. Rating averages of people you reviewed are recalculated without your reviews. Details: Privacy Policy.

የነጋሪ መለያዎን ይሰርዙ

የነጋሪ መለያዎንና ተያያዥ መረጃዎን በማንኛውም ጊዜ መሰረዝ ይችላሉ።

መግባት ከቻሉ

  1. በ negari.melateck.com ወይም በነጋሪ መተግበሪያ ይግቡ።
  2. መገለጫዎን ከፍተው ወደ ታች ይሸብልሉ።
  3. «መለያዬን ሰርዝ» የሚለውን ነክተው የማረጋገጫውን ቃል በመጻፍ ያረጋግጡ።

ንቁ ቅጥር ካለዎት፣ አጋርዎ ያለማስታወቂያ እንዳይቀር በመጀመሪያ እንዲያጠናቅቁ ይጠየቃሉ። መሰረዙ ወዲያውኑ የሚፈጸምና ቋሚ ነው።

መግባት ካልቻሉ

ከማንኛውም አድራሻ ወደ support@melateck.com ኢሜይል ይላኩ፤ የተመዘገበውን ስልክ ቁጥርዎን ያካትቱ። አረጋግጠን መለያዎን በ30 ቀናት ውስጥ እንሰርዛለን።

የሚሰረዘው ምንድን ነው

መገለጫዎ፣ ስልክ ቁጥርዎ፣ ፎቶዎችዎና የመታወቂያ ምስሎችዎ (የተቀመጡ ፋይሎችን ጨምሮ)፣ የግንኙነት ጥያቄዎችዎ፣ የቅጥር መዝገቦችዎ፣ የጻፏቸውና የተቀበሏቸው ግምገማዎች፣ ማሳወቂያዎችዎ፣ ከቁጥርዎ ጋር የተያያዙ የኤስኤምኤስ መዝገቦች እና የመግቢያ መረጃዎችዎ። የገመገሟቸው ሰዎች አማካይ ደረጃ ያለ ግምገማዎችዎ እንደገና ይሰላል። ዝርዝር፦ የግላዊነት ፖሊሲ።
