1. Who we are

Negari (negari.melateck.com) is an information platform operated by MelaTeck that helps Ethiopian households and domestic workers find each other. Negari is not a broker, agency, or employer.

2. What we collect

Profile: full name, phone number, region/city/area, gender, profile photo (selfie), work skills and preferences.
Verification: an image of your government ID card, used for identity verification only.
Records: login timestamps and SMS delivery records needed to operate and secure the service.

ID images are used for verification only and are permanently deleted when your account is deleted.

3. How we use it

To verify identity, display your profile to potential matches, facilitate connections and employment records, send service SMS (verification codes, approval and status notifications), and keep the platform safe. We never sell your data.

4. Sharing

Your profile (name, photo, area, skills, ratings) is visible to other approved users. Your full phone number is revealed only after both parties confirm an employment start. ID images are visible only to you and Negari administrators. Service providers we use (Google Firebase for hosting/data, Africa's Talking for SMS) process data on our behalf.

5. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, personal information is deleted immediately through the in-app flow (or within 30 days for support-assisted requests); we may retain limited records where required for legal or platform-safety purposes, and anonymized delivery records.

6. Your rights

Access — request a view of the information we hold about you.
Correction — fix inaccurate information from your profile settings or via support.
Deletion — delete your account and data at any time: negari.melateck.com/delete-account.

7. Security

Passwords are stored only as strong one-way hashes; access to ID images is restricted; connections are encrypted (HTTPS); rate limiting and login lockouts protect accounts.

8. Children

Negari is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn we hold information about a person under 18, we delete it promptly.

1. እኛ ማን ነን

ነጋሪ (negari.melateck.com) የኢትዮጵያ ቤተሰቦችንና የቤት ውስጥ ሠራተኞችን የሚያገናኝ በመላቴክ የሚንቀሳቀስ የመረጃ መድረክ ነው። ነጋሪ ደላላ፣ ኤጀንሲ ወይም ቀጣሪ አይደለም።

2. የምንሰበስበው መረጃ

መገለጫ፡ ሙሉ ስም፣ ስልክ ቁጥር፣ ክልል/ከተማ/አካባቢ፣ ጾታ፣ የመገለጫ ፎቶ (ፎቶግራፍ)፣ የሥራ ክህሎቶችና ምርጫዎች።
ማረጋገጫ፡ የመንግሥት መታወቂያ ካርድ ምስል — ለማንነት ማረጋገጫ ብቻ።
መዝገቦች፡ አገልግሎቱን ለማንቀሳቀስና ለመጠበቅ የሚያስፈልጉ የመግቢያ ጊዜዎችና የኤስኤምኤስ መላኪያ መዝገቦች።

የመታወቂያ ምስሎች ለማረጋገጫ ብቻ ጥቅም ላይ ይውላሉ፤ መለያዎ ሲሰረዝ እስከመጨረሻው ይሰረዛሉ።

3. መረጃውን እንዴት እንጠቀማለን

ማንነትን ለማረጋገጥ፣ መገለጫዎን ለተስማሚ ግንኙነቶች ለማሳየት፣ ግንኙነቶችንና የቅጥር መዝገቦችን ለማመቻቸት፣ የአገልግሎት ኤስኤምኤስ (የማረጋገጫ ኮዶች፣ የማጽደቅና የሁኔታ ማሳወቂያዎች) ለመላክ እና መድረኩን ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ ለማድረግ። መረጃዎን በፍጹም አንሸጥም።

4. መጋራት

መገለጫዎ (ስም፣ ፎቶ፣ አካባቢ፣ ክህሎቶች፣ ግምገማዎች) ለሌሎች የጸደቁ ተጠቃሚዎች ይታያል። ሙሉ ስልክ ቁጥርዎ የሚገለጠው ሁለቱም ወገኖች የቅጥር መጀመርን ካረጋገጡ በኋላ ብቻ ነው። የመታወቂያ ምስሎች ለእርስዎና ለነጋሪ አስተዳዳሪዎች ብቻ ይታያሉ። የምንጠቀምባቸው አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች (Google Firebase፣ Africa's Talking) በእኛ ስም መረጃ ያካሂዳሉ።

5. ማቆየት

መለያዎ ንቁ እስከሆነ ድረስ መረጃዎን እናስቀምጣለን። መለያዎ ሲሰረዝ የግል መረጃዎ በመተግበሪያው ውስጥ ወዲያውኑ ይሰረዛል (በድጋፍ በኩል ለሚደረጉ ጥያቄዎች በ30 ቀናት ውስጥ)፤ ለሕጋዊ ወይም ለመድረክ ደህንነት ዓላማ የሚያስፈልጉ የተወሰኑ መዝገቦችንና ማንነት የማይገልጹ የመላኪያ መዝገቦችን ልናስቀምጥ እንችላለን።

6. መብቶችዎ

መዳረስ — ስለእርስዎ የያዝነውን መረጃ ማየት መጠየቅ።
ማስተካከል — የተሳሳተ መረጃ ከመገለጫ ቅንብሮችዎ ወይም በድጋፍ በኩል ማስተካከል።
መሰረዝ — መለያዎንና መረጃዎን በማንኛውም ጊዜ መሰረዝ፦ negari.melateck.com/delete-account።

7. ደህንነት

የይለፍ ቃላት በጠንካራ አንድ-አቅጣጫ ሃሽ ብቻ ይቀመጣሉ፤ የመታወቂያ ምስሎች መዳረሻ የተገደበ ነው፤ ግንኙነቶች የተመሰጠሩ ናቸው (HTTPS)፤ የፍጥነት ገደብና የመግቢያ መቆለፊያ መለያዎችን ይጠብቃሉ።

8. ልጆች

ነጋሪ ዕድሜያቸው ከ18 ዓመት በታች ለሆኑ አይደለም። ከ18 ዓመት በታች ስለሆነ ሰው መረጃ እንደያዝን ካወቅን ወዲያውኑ እንሰርዘዋለን።
